A reflex action in another part of the body is stimulated by the manipulation of each specific area. According to Chinese medicine, the sensory nerves of the internal organs that spread throughout the body are mainly gathered around the soles of the feet. Similar to other massages that use thumbs, palms, hands, elbow, knee, and foot, foot reflexology massage uses hands, fingers and Shea butter.

Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas of the feet. Reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and pressing them has beneficial effects on the organs and a person’s general health.

Treatment can be performed manually using thumbs or using reflex sticks. This massage is ideal for clients who enjoy a foot massage and for overall relaxation & wellbeing.
