Ingredients:
2 tsp Maille Dijon Original Mustard
Lemon juice (according to taste)
1 tbsp black mustard seeds
1 jalapeno pepper - finely diced
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp turmeric
1 head cauliflower - cut into florets
Salt
Method:
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Whisk the mustard, lemon juice, mustard seeds, jalapeno, ginger and turmeric in a small bowl.
Place the cauliflower in a medium baking dish, pour the dressing over the cauliflower and season with salt.
Roast until lightly golden brown and just tender (approx. 20-25 minutes).
